Yes we ship worldwide.
What are the Shipping Rates?
Shipping to New Zealand from $15.00 or FREE with orders over $200.00
Shipping to Australia $20.00
Shipping to Rest of World $30.00
These prices are for one wedding dress, for bridesmaids, flowergirls and accessories please contact us for a quote as it will depend on how many are ordered.
What are your methods of payment?
We accept Credit card via Paypal or for New Zealand Brides can pay by bank deposit.
Where are you based?
We are an Online bridal store, based in Nelson, New Zealand.
Can I view the dresses?
Not at this stage sorry, we are an online store only. Check our facebook page for any upcoming bridal expo's we are attending.
Can you custom make a dress from photos?
Yes we do. If you have photos of a gown you love, please email it through to us and mention any changes you wish to make. We will let you know if it is something we can make and provide a quote for you. Our email to send the photos to is support@bleu.co.nz

How long do the dresses take to make?
It depends on the time of year but approximately 5 weeks, not including shipping time.
We do have a couple of express options, which can shorten the time frame, and has a fee of $99-$199 for this service. This time frame also depends on what time of year you order.
Do you layby?
Sure do! The minimum purchase is $200. 6 weeks max repayment schedule.

What sizes do the dresses come in?
Usually we make to your measurements, but if you require a standard size our sizings are as follows..
Bridesmaid Dresses come in all sizes 6-30+
Do you have a surcharge for plus sizes?
We are often asked this question, but generally no we don't. The price is the same whether you are a size 6 or 26.
How do I store my dress until my wedding?
Many places would be fine. Please avoid dampness, sunlight and smoke. We also ship your order in protective bags, they are breatheable.
What is the quality like?
We use the highest quality tulle, organza, chiffon and beadings that you can find in the industry, our dresses aren't made with cheap materials. They won't discolour over time either, these are high quality dresses.
How do you post?
We send by Courier Post, insured and trackable.
Can I mix and match parts from a few different dresses to create my dream dress?
Yes you sure can. Please email us for the changes you require and we can give you a quote. We can also make some dresses in alternative fabrics.
Can I view fabric first before orderin
We highly recomened ordering a color sample before order, every computer screen can show the colors in a slightly different shade.
Do your gowns come with an in-built petticoat?
You will need to purchase it separately as it is not included in the price.
Do you provide fittings or any additional alterations?
We don't offer a fitting service since we are online based. If you felt your gown needed any additional alterations, you will need to get this done at a local alteration service and at your cost. This is not something that is included in our pricing or a service we offer.
