Return Policy

Please keep in mind that all dresses are uniquely made to order to keep costs low for our customers. We also understand that colours on your computer screen can be a little different to how they appear in person. For these reasons, we encourage you to order a Swatch (Free shipping) to help you decide.

Bleu Bridal will issue a full refund including tax and shipping for any damaged, defective, or misshipped items.

For all Custom Size dresses:

At Bleu Bridal, we understand that you want your dress to be perfect as soon as it arrives to you! To help you out, we offer custom sizing on most of our Bleu Bridal styles.

A few things to remember about custom dresses:

Custom dresses are made specifically for you. That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Make sure you check all your measurements carefully!

Exchange Policy

We do not offer an exchange service for any products.If you would like a different size of style, you will need to return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the correct item(s).

Return Process

1. Submit a return request at Contact Us to Customer Service within 3 days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.
2. Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with a return address as well as a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3 business days from receiving the return form.
3. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, the funds will be credited back to your original bank account or online payment account.

Please Note: we reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in an unacceptable condition.

Cancellation Policy:

- Unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically after 5 days.
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.
- Once your order has been started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Term of Fair Use

At Bleu Bridal, we provide a large selection of styles with customizable colours and sizes. Each dress is made-to-order and unique as it is not restocked or resold. For this reason, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention. Once the purchase is confirmed, we will strictly follow the policy as described above.
